Delivery & Order
We process and dispatch all our orders within 2-3 days, delivery times are on average between 5-21 days. You can track the progress of your order in real time via our order tracking service which you can find directly at the bottom of the website.
Once you have placed your order, an email is automatically sent to the email address you provided during your purchase. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail. If even in this case it cannot be found, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com
Delivery is completely free of charge on the entire shop regardless of the amount of your order.
Your order number is the number assigned to your purchase, it is located on the confirmation email you receive right after you place your order. For example, this number could be 1650.
If the tracking of your order is momentarily unavailable there can be several reasons:
- It is too early to be able to track the progress of your package, this is available after a few days.
- The carrier has not updated the tracking information of your order.
- The email address or order number you entered is not the correct one, in this case an error message will be displayed.

Cancellation & Return
The quality of our items is one of our priorities, we do not tolerate our customers receiving their orders in an inappropriate condition. If you receive one or more items in poor condition please contact our customer service department at email@example.com with one or more photos so that we can assess and negotiate with you the best possible solution.
